indexGuidelines for Entering NamesFormatEnter the family name of the cited author. If you retrieve too many references, try entering the name followed by one initial or the name followed by a given name.
indexCaseUse upper, lower, or mixed case. For example, CRICK, Crick, or crick finds the same results. indexWildcardsUse the asterisk (*) wildcard to represent any number of characters. For example, Aglitsk* matches Aglitskaya, Aglitski, Aglitskii, Aglitskiy. Use the question mark (?) to represent one character. For example, Bens?n matches Bensen and Benson. indexBoolean Search OperatorsSeparate two or more names by the OR Boolean operator. For example: Enter Chen A* OR Li C* to look up cited references with Chen A or Li C as cited author. |
